"Not really my style"
The design just isn’t for me. It feels plain, but somehow also a bit messy, and instead of it feeling easy to use, it kind of felt like they left me to figure out the problems myself.

"Super easy to use"
I had a really good experience using rails.com. I’ve used a few similar sites before where I had to dig around forever just to find what I needed, but this one was much smoother. The pages loaded quickly, everything was easy to navigate, and checkout was straightforward with no confusing steps or odd buttons. It also looked clean on my phone, which was a nice plus. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty good deal for the price"
I thought the prices were fair and the value was solid overall. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest I’ve ever seen, but for what I paid, I was happy with it. I’d use rails.com again if the prices stay around the same, no complants really

"Super easy return, honestly"

"Shipping was quick overall"
i mean, the shipping was quick for the most part. It did show up late one time, but overall it was still mostly fine.

"Super soft and easy to order"
I ordered a shirt from rails.com and the whole process was really easy from start to finish. When it arrived, I was surprised by how soft the fabric felt. It’s lightweight but still feels nice quality, not flimsy or cheap. I’ve worn it all day without it feeling uncomfortable, and after a couple washes it’s still just as good. I didn’t expect to like it this much, but I definitely do. 5 stars from me.

"Finally, something that fits right"
I ordered my usual size and, it fit exactly how I was hoping. Not weirdly tight, not super boxy like some shirts seem to be for no reason, and the sleeves actually hit at the right length. Why is that so hard to find sometimes? Anyway, I’m really happy with it.

"Really nice quality"
I ordered a Rails shirt and I’m impressed. The fabric feels soft without feeling flimsy, and the stitching seems really well done. I’ve already washed it once, it still fits exactly the same. It’s a bit pricey, I can see why though

"Support team was really helpful"
I had a little issue with my booking and wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do, so I reached out to rails.com customer service. They replied quickly, they explained everything in a way that actually made sense.
The person I dealt with was friendly and didn’t make me feel like I was being a bother. It got sorted without loads of back and forth, I was really happy with the support and would definitely use them again.
